I found the staff very friendly. They really went out of their way to. The overhead rainfall-style shower was a nice touch after a day out.
The room was small. It was not a proper wardrobe, drawers or bathroom.

The hotel is located in a super friendly and excellent neighborhood. There are all sorts of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hotel is in the middle of everything but not overrun by tourists.

The staff was super friendly. Alex was very cute and professional upon arrival. Parnelle offered excellent service and helpful recommendations! The hotel itself was very clean and warm. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful.
The breakfast choices were a bit limited.

the room size was quite a surprise, and not in a good way! i booked a 'superior double room', or so i thought, but it felt more like a cleverly disguised classic room. also, the bar seemed to lack any real buzz, except for one night when they had some live music, that was great. the rest of the time it just felt a bit.. empty.

The superior double room offered ample space and beautiful decor. i noticed the cleanliness was perfect, with lovely furnishings. bathroom fittings seemed modern and luxurious . the staff was accommodating. They addressed all my needs quickly.
the bar closed early, this limited evening relaxation options. i wished for extended hours to fully enjoy the atmosphere. a later closing time would greatly enhance the guest experience and provide more opportunities.

the location was acceptable, placing me near many shops.
The room i booked was shockingly small. It was difficult to even open my luggage without completely blocking the way. strangely, there were two beds pushed together, seemingly attempting to create a twin setup, but they couldn't be separated due to the limited space. honestly, it felt more like a cleverly disguised single room than anything else.
